Returns & Exchanges

PLEASE NOTE: If there is any issue with your order it must be reported to info@littlemissthreads.com.au within 7 days of receipt of purchase. After this timeframe we do not offer credits or refunds.

Little Miss Threads is happy to exchange your item in the form of a store credit to use on our website if your purchase is damaged in any way. 

Fabric must be un-used and un-washed and returned in original condition with tags within 5 days of receipt of purchase as per your post tracking information. Little Miss Threads reserves the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements. It is recommended you send in a registered satchel so the item is protected from the weather and is trackable. We Do not offer returns on LAYBYS, PRE-ORDERS or CUSTOM ORDERS.

We do not do exchanges. A Store credit will be issued via email upon return of goods that can then be used for any other purchase on our website

If you wish to cancel your In Stock order prior to it being posted we do not offer refunds but we can issue you with a store credit to use at a later date. Please advise us of this before your item is posted.

We do not offer refunds or credits on Pre Order items as they are specifically ordered in for each customer. Pre Order items take approx 10-12 weeks to be printed and posted however sometimes these time frames can extend due to unforeseen circumstances (shipping delays, customs checks etc.). Please note we do not offer refunds if timeframes exceed the recommended time frame as it is out of our control. We will aim to get your items delivered in a timely manner and keep you updated of delays in our VIP group on Facebook.

If part shipments become available and you would like them sent separately, you are able to pay the additional postage costs and we will be happy to send it for you.

We allow a tolerance of +/- 5cm on all fabric cuts to compensate for printing shortages and spring back etc. for all our fabrics. We do try and give our customers extra on each cut and will try to contact you if it is over the 5cm allowance missing.

We make every effort to ensure our products are perfect without any faults, however we are human and mistakes can be made! If you do happen to come across any flaws in our products please feel free to email us and we will be happy to help! 

Shipping

How long until I receive my order?

Little miss Threads aims to dispatch items 'In Stock' within 7-10 business days.

For international orders please allow between 10 to 20 business days for in stock items from despatch.

Pre Orders take 10-12 weeks from order date to be printed and posted. If you order an 'In-stock' item with your pre order item all will be posted together when pre order arrives. Please see above re refunds on extended delayed pre orders.

If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know prior to placing your order. 

Can I combine my shipping costs if I order more than once?

Yes please email us asap if you wish to combine shipping and we will do our best to accommodate you. Email is info@littlemissthreads.com.au

Please note we recommend you always choose registered post with tracking as we take no responsibility for items lost in the mail.
